Moto Pro Training: Staff Bios
Marc A. Spataro, CSCS, PES, BS Marc Spataro is the founder and director of Moto Pro Training. For the
last 11 years he has owned and operated Fitnology Health and Human Performance,
one of Baltimore’s premier private training centers. Marc’s passion for
working out began at the age of fourteen as a wrestler and recreational
motorcycle and atv racer/rider. A graduate from the University of Maryland,
Marc holds degrees in exercise and physiology and environmental science.
Marc continued his education seeking out certifications in personal training
and strength and conditioning, and he is also the inventor of the Core
Bar, a training device that has been used by professional athletes ranging
from football, baseball, ultimate fighting and now atv and motorcycle
racing. During these many years of education and working out, Marc has
also become well versed in nutrition and the importance of detoxifying
the body. As a competitive racer of the GNCC for the last six years,
Marc has realized that professional racers would reach a greater potential
if given the opportunity to work with a well educated and experienced
coach like himself. Marc develops programs based on the individual needs
of racers, which are determined through an extensive functional movement
screen and evaluation. Marc’s goal is to become one of the most recognized
training professionals in the world of atv and motorcycle racing, a sport
for which he has a true passion. Currently Marc is 39 years old, married
for ten years, and enjoys travel and the study of reptiles, Herpetology.

Morgan Johnson, DPT, CSCS
Morgan Johnson is the owner and president of Evolution
Sports Physiotherapy, Inc. Before becoming his career as a Physical Therapist, he performed
HIV vaccine studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and orchestrated
clinical research projects with Johns Hopkins Hospital’s Dept of Orthopedics
in the Spine Surgery division.
Morgan graduated with highest honors from MCP Hahnemann University with
both his Masters and Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree in
2001. Upon graduation he received MCP’s Benjamin Mannheimer’s award for
academic and clinical excellence in orthopedics.
Through his clinical affiliations, Morgan worked in various settings
including acute care rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury and spinal
cord rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedic sports medicine. He has
operated as a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapist in the Baltimore
area for the last 6 years.
Morgan enjoys all aspects of outpatient PT and strives to further his
clinical proficiency in all areas. Morgan’s clinical specialties include
hand therapy, foot/ankle rehab, spine, sports medicine, and general peri-operative
orthopedic rehabilitation. In addition, he is skilled in fabrication
of functional shoe orthotics and upper extremity splinting. He has also
been active as a clinical educator at the undergraduate and doctoral
levels for Kinesiology students from Towson University and Physical Therapy
and Physical Therapy Assistant programs from around the country. Concurrently,
Morgan has functioned as a personal trainer for the last 13 years and
has credentialed as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Morgan’s personal interests in martial arts, rock climbing, motorcycle
riding, mountain biking, snowboarding, and triathlon racing have resulted
in many personal physical injuries similar to what he treats clinically.
Other off-duty interests include cooking, herpetoculture and gardening.
